Lettings Negotiator / Administrator

A superb opportunity has arisen for a full time Lettings Negotiator/Administrator to join the thriving property management team based at Abbeydale Hall S17.

Ascent Lettings (ascentlettings.co.uk) is a privately-owned property development company who own and manage a sizable portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in property management with lettings experience, excellent communication & computer skills. You will need to be smart, articulate, motivated and have a full UK driving licence.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Excellent manner in answering telephone and email enquires.
Advanced IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work and act on own initiative.

The role includes:
Managing tenancy applications and renewals.
Organising repairs with contractors and liaising with tenants.
Conducting viewings.
Arranging check out inspections.
Booking appointments / diary management.
Able to turn your hand to all aspects of a busy office.

Salary circa £19,000pa plus generous holiday allowance.
